What we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, email, company and any message you provide when applying through the contact page.
- Server logs — IP address, user agent and timestamp, retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
- No tracking cookies — we don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or marketing cookies. Site analytics are server-side and aggregated.
How we use it
- To respond to your application or inquiry.
- To improve our website and services.
- To prevent abuse and protect our infrastructure.
We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Third-party services we rely on
- Cloudflare — content delivery, DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request headers as part of standard operation.
- FormSubmit — form delivery for the contact form. Submissions are forwarded to our team inbox.
Data retention
Application submissions are retained as long as you remain a prospect or client, and for up to 24 months afterwards. Server logs are retained for 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@sendmates.com.
Your rights
Under applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, port or delete your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@sendmates.com.
Children
Our service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
